Step 3- Offer
If you find the terms acceptable and wish to proceed, the next step would involve signing the necessary paperwork. Upon completion, we will establish a monthly rental rate for the designated lease term, which upon agreement, will initiate the commencement of the tenancy procedure.
Step 4- Tenancy
Upon completion of the necessary documentation, we will officially assume the role of your tenant. Subsequently, you can be rest assured that your rent will be received consistently on the designated day throughout the duration of the lease agreement. Our team will manage all aspects of the tenancy, allowing you to proceed with your daily activities without concern. Your involvement is limited to signing the required paperwork, while we handle the operational responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for you.
